After Wedding Photo Session in Scotland
You will find places on earth which enchant with their majesty. There are people who fit into these places. They are grown with these places together like trees with ground by the roots. I am taking you on a journey to a place where I felt an amazing closeness with the majesty of nature. The very first contact with this place, even through the window of a speeding car, was captivated. The rain and the wind falling inside through gently opened window, embeded us – it felt like they wanted to meet us. Writing this text, I feel like I am in a state of amok. Closing my eyes I still see this place, I feel it with even greater strength. There are places written for us, there are those that are like never ending story, they last and last. I know this piece of Scotland is such for me.
Outdoor session in the Scottish mountains.
Scotland absorbed me and the photo session in Glencoe was the proverbial nail in the coffin of this love. An outdoor session in Scotland has been of my interests for a long time, a highlander haul into the mountains. An opportunity arose, a couple appeared to make the outdoor session in Glencoe and the dream became a tangible thing. Photos, of course, do not reflect 100% of what was happening there with the freezing cold wind blowing and continuous raining.
After Wedding Photo Session in Scotland
Two cans were seizing up after 30 minutes. Sealed and yet the amount of water and dampness have reprogrammed the functions of each button in a strange way. So part of the session was totally done on guessing because there was no photo preview. In this whole confusion, a small stop should be made to give a deserved gratitude to Magda and Hubert who, despite these totally unfavourable conditions, behaved remarkably. Mainly, thanks to their determination we have what you in a moment will see too.
Glencoe charms
If you would like to feel this place, I recommend to watch Perth – Bon Iver to reflect the echo between the rocks. I do not want to torture you with built-in players – decide for yourself. Together with Magda and Hubert, in totally unfavourable conditions for a typical wedding session, we set out on an adventure trail.
It is cold…
It’s raining…
The strong wind penetrates …
