Outdoor photo session on Killiney beach Ireland
It meant to be an Irish wedding session on deserted off-roads and it turned out to be a romantic date session, but from the beginning …
Wedding photography gives me the unique opportunity to quite frequent travelling and meeting new people. While wandering around the world is quite common these days, getting to know each person and participating in their everyday life seem to be something special.
So after one month of Agnieszka and Paul’s wedding, I visited them in Dublin. After a nice evening spent over a cup of Irish tea, we went to bed. The next day we were welcomed … by the Ophelia hurricane. Everything was closed! Roads, schools, shops – EVERYTHING! All of the sudden Ireland was deserted. The plan to travel to the west coast for the wedding session fade away instantly. However we managed to do something extraordinary that in a different day, in other circumstances, time and place would simply be impossible – a romantic date session.
It is impossible to write here all the emotions that accompanied shooting these photos. However, I must openly admit that meeting you, Agnieszka and Paul, was very inspiring and I am glad I could meet you and spend time with you and your family. Hope to see you again!
I will be extremely pleased if you leave a comment to above publication.
